Main Lodge Overnight groups with meals St. Andrew's House serves non-profit groups, churches, schools, government organizations, community & neighborhood groups, members of the Episcopal Church, and nonprofit trade and professional associations. Overnight groups are provided lodging, 3 meals, coffee and tea service daily, exclusive use of main lodge, meeting tools including wireless internet and access to computer and printer, easel and pens, and large TV/VCR/DVD combo. Weekend bookings for the main lodge require $2100 minimum invoice (2 nights and 15+ persons). Per person charge for food and lodging per night ranges from $65-$85 depending on size, length of stay and availability. Linen sets (towels and sheets) are not included in standard pricing and cost $10 per set, per two nights. Bayne Cottage The cottage is reserved for the Episcopal and Lutheran community and non profits. Food is typically not provided for guests who stay at Bayne Cottage. $95 weekdays nightly $125 weekend nightly Additional charges may apply depending on size of group and availability. Deposits & cancellations Main lodge bookings require a $200 date reservation deposit and signed contract. If deposit is not paid, we will consider the date open for other bookings. We charge 60 percent of the estimated total invoice amount if cancellation occurs less than 60 days in advance of retreat date. For Bayne Cottage bookings we require half of the total amount due at time of booking. * we currently only take cash or check. |
