Booking Information

The Lodge

The Lodge serves non-profit groups, art groups, churches, families, schools, government organizations, community & neighborhood groups, and professional associations. The Lodge has 25 beds in 12 rooms; larger groups may have the option of using Bayne Cottage concurrently for 7 more beds, if available. Overnight groups are provided lodging, 3 meals, coffee and tea service daily, exclusive use of Lodge, and meeting tools, including wireless internet, easels and pens, and two large screens that can be used for presentations.  We also have the capacity to host Zoom meetings on our Neat Board, which features built-in camera, microphone and large screen that can be moved anywhere in the building.  Meeting spaces include the Chapel (24'x36') and the Great Room (20'x40').  Reservations for the Lodge require a nonrefundable deposit of $500.  Per person charge for three meals and lodging per night is currently $125 and group size must be at least 12 persons for groups on weekends, 10 for weekdays.

ADA Accessibility: Two of the shared bedrooms are ADA-accessible, and we have two parking slots at the ground level for  wheelchair access.  All of the meeting rooms and dining in the Lodge are ground floor and wheelchair accessible.

Bayne Cottage

The Cottage is for families & small groups, maximum of 8 people.  It offers three bedrooms, one with queen bed on the ground floor, and two upstairs with three twin beds each.  Food is typically not provided for guests who stay at Bayne Cottage, which features a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and barbecue.  Rates are $125/night weekdays, $185/night weekends.  Check in time is after 5:00pm; check out time is by 1:00pm.  Reservations are made with a nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 of the total cost, balance paid on arrival.

The Studio (Available March - October)

The Studio has one queen bed, mini-kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, hot water kettle), living/office space, and a private bathroom for one person or a couple.  Connected to the Director's residence via a locked suite door, it has private access and a parking space.  Meals can be purchased ala carte at the Lodge when groups are present and arranged one week ahead of time.  There are also several good restaurants and convenience stores in Union.  Rates are $75/night (two night minimum), with meals additional.  Check in time is after 4:00pm; check out time is by 1:00pm.  Reservations are made with a nonrefundable full payment of the total cost.  Guests may also trade doing work at St. Andrew's House for all or part of their cost of stay, at the Director's discretion and arranged ahead of time.

Special Events

For special occasions, such as weddings, staff parties or reunions, the Lodge has tables, linen & dinnerware to serve 100 guests.  Our chef is great at creating amazing food options for your event as well, which can be tailored by cost/plate and dietary restrictions.  For weekend events, we do require that we have at least 12 persons staying overnight at the Lodge in addition to the rental of the venue.  Talk to us about what you dream your event to be, and let us work with you to make it happen.

Scholarships

If there are groups and/or individuals in groups that are not able to afford full price for a retreat, contact us below and we'll do what we can to make it possible.  Alternatively, if you or your group is able to help others by donating to St. Andrew's House, please do so generously and with our sincere gratitude.
