St. Andrew's Lodge
The Lodge serves non-profit groups, art groups, churches, families, schools, government organizations, community & neighborhood groups, and professional associations. The Lodge has space for up to 30 in shared rooms; larger groups have the option of using Bayne Cottage concurrently for up to 8 more. Overnight groups are provided lodging, 3 meals, coffee and tea service daily, exclusive use of Lodge, and meeting tools, including wireless internet, easel and pens, large TV/DVD, and projection screen (you must bring your own projector). Meeting spaces include the Chapel (24'x36') and the Great Room (20'x40'). Reservations for the Lodge require a nonrefundable deposit of $500. Per person charge for three meals and lodging per night is currently $120 and group size must be at least 12 persons for groups on weekends, 10 for weekdays.
ADA Accessibility: Two of the shared bedrooms are ADA-accessible, and we have two parking slots at the ground level for wheelchair access. All of the meeting rooms and dining in the Lodge are ground floor and wheelchair accessible.
The Cottage is for families & small groups. It offers three bedrooms, one with queen bed on the ground floor, and two upstairs with three twin beds each. Food is typically not provided for guests who stay at Bayne Cottage, which features a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and barbecue. Rates vary depending on season: prime season (May 1-September 30) $125/night weekdays, $185/night weekends; off-season (October 1-April 30) $100/night weekdays, $150/night weekends. Reservations are made with a nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 of the total cost. We cannot accommodate more than 8 guests at Bayne.
For special occasions, such as weddings, staff parties or reunions, the Lodge has tables, linen & dinnerware to serve 100 guests. Our chef is great at creating amazing food options for your event as well, which can be tailored by cost/plate and dietary restrictions. For weekend events, we do require that we have at least 12 persons staying overnight at the Lodge in addition to the rental of the venue. Talk to us about what you dream your event to be, and let us work with you to make it happen.
If there are groups and/or individuals in groups that are not able to afford full price for a retreat, the Theodorus Fund has been established to provide scholarship help. Contact us below and we'll do what we can to make it possible. Alternatively, if you or your group is able to help others by donating to the Fund, please do so generously and with our sincere gratitude.
